“ I cannot rate this place highly enough. I arrived very late for dinner at 10.30pm in the hope that the kitchen wouldn't be closed. Despite having no other customers left the staff were more than obliging to sit me at a table and deliver impeccable service from start to finish. The appetiters were delightful, consisting of garlic bread with two dipping sauces, a chimichurri and more spicy piccante sauce. I ordered the lomo a la piedre (steak served on a sizzling hot stone). The dish was presented in a dramatic fashion, being flambéed on delivery to the table. I prefer my beef to be on the rarer side of medium rare, without being overcooked nor cold. The meat was cooked perfectly and continued to sizzle to perfection at the table. The meat was accompanied by perfectly crisp fried potatoes which were well seasoned and not at all greasy. The cocktails also met equivalent high standards, particularly the margaritas. I would say this was the most delicious steak I've ever eaten, and that includes many steaks throughout Argentina. Highly recommended!! ”

“ Fam and I ate here for dinner. We ordered the nachos, NY Strip and Filet. Service was great and food came out somewhat quickly. We order the steaks medium and they initially came out raw. This could have been my issue with the language barrier. They put it back on and it was way over done. We still ate it and it was very good. I bet amazing by most standards if it was medium. I will work more on my spanish and come back to see if we can get this to a 5 star. Prices were very fair and portions were excellent. ”

“ My wife and I had a place near here and decided to give it a try. Normally, I try to avoid Ecuadorian cow because many restaurants try to prepare it but end up with rubber like fat texture and undercooked/overcooked meat. However this place is DIFFERENT. It is definitely one of the best steak house i've been to. First they bring you fresh crisp fries with salad followed by a fire show with the steak. Meat was extremely soft so I asked if it was imported and they said it was ECUADORIAN meat. (Mind blown). The seasoning is simple but yet it retains the flavor of the meat and adds a nice touch. The whole experience was absolutely amazing. Servers were very friendly, price is VERY affordable. I would come everyday if I lived in Baños. ”
